Customer Care Specialist (Tier 1)

About the role

Join TaskUs as a Customer Care Specialist (Tier 1) and become the backbone of the company, delivering world‑class customer experiences for premium clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, combining empathy with product expertise to resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction across voice, chat, email and other channels.
• Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd‑level support.
• Provide product and inventory information, process payments and handle customer queries throughout the purchase journey.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) – speaking and writing.
• 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in fashion‑related functions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with flexible shift rotation including weekends/holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC‑based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with chat, email and phone support platforms.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
