Bilingual German/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class support for premium clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, handling inquiries via voice, chat and email while ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure.
• Provide technical‑based assistance across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).
• Escalate unresolved issues to second‑level support.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand positively.

Required profile

• Bilingual in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) – speaking and writing.
• 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in fashion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with chat, email and phone support platforms.
