Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Provide world‑class customer experience for premium clients as a brand ambassador, handling inquiries in both Spanish and English across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing major brands.
• Provide technical‑based assistance via voice, chat, email and other channels.
• Escalate unresolved cases to second‑level support.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers throughout their purchase journey.

Required profile

• Bilingual Spanish (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) speaking and writing.
• 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in fashion.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to work shift rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC‑based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with chat, email and phone support platforms.
