Bilingual Italian/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Provide world‑class, bilingual customer support for premium clients, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring high satisfaction across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while handling voice, chat, email and other channels.
• Escalate unresolved issues to second‑level support.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers throughout their purchase journey.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) – speaking and writing.
• 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in fashion.
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate remotely.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC‑based internet applications.
• Experience with chat, email and phone support platforms.
