Bilingual Ukrainian‑English Customer Care Specialist (Back Office)

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Ukrainian‑English Customer Care Specialist to join its back‑office team in Thessaloniki. You will deliver world‑class support through voice, chat and email, ensuring accurate, efficient and respectful service on every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical‑based customer assistance via phone, chat and email, handling a variety of issues.
• Participate in department initiatives, share feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to improve team performance.
• Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve customer challenges while maintaining high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Ukrainian (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) – both spoken and written.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
• Strong communication abilities, independent work ethic and flexibility to adapt to process changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using email and phone systems for customer communication.
• Social‑media savvy and ability to convey information clearly in written format.
