About the role
The Business Management Department supports daily operations, financial accounting and administrative logistics for the branch. The role ensures efficient expense management, standardized procurement and a safe, comfortable workplace for all business units.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily expense reimbursements, monitor budget execution and assist with reconciliations.
- Provide comprehensive administration and logistics support, including supplies, equipment maintenance, workplace safety, vehicle and fixed‑asset management.
- Participate in project procurement and supplier management.
- Improve internal management rules and procedures within the scope of responsibilities.
- Assist the department head in team building and enhance professional capabilities and service awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, administrative management or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English and Greek; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software.
- Experience using enterprise management systems (OA or similar).
- Strong data analysis and cost‑control abilities.
- Capability to handle emergencies and urgent situations.
