Assistant F&B Manager

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring an Assistant F&B Manager in Kos. The role supports the food and beverage department and its team, helping to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the training and development of the food and beverage team
• Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
• Ensure all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
• Help prepare food and drink menus and ensure they are updated, reviewed and available on time
• Ensure efficient stock control, ordering and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
• Deliver a consistently high level of service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with managing staff schedules and keeping staffing levels optimal

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
