Service Manager - Food & Beverage

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring a Service Manager to join its team in Kos. The role manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the hotel's service restaurants, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all service restaurants within the hotel
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistently exceptional service
• Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
