Spa Manager

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring a Spa Manager in Rethymno. The Spa Manager manages the entire spa facility and leads the team while promoting the spa's services to hotel guests and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise spa staff, provide training and ensure excellent customer service for all guests.
• Develop and run spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and order them in a timely way.
• Monitor and manage the spa budget so that expenses stay within set limits.
• Ensure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Promote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a spa facility in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in selling, promoting and marketing spa services.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
