In-Room Dining Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a highly organized, guest-focused In-Room Dining Coordinator to join its Food & Beverage team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the first point of contact for guests, you will handle every order with accuracy and personalize care, coordinating daily in-room dining operations and working closely with the kitchen and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take in-room dining orders and pass special requests accurately to the kitchen
• Answer calls professionally, recommend menu items and describe food and beverage offerings
• Upsell menu items and promote additional products and services
• Coordinate food, beverage and amenity deliveries and process charges, gratuities and billing
• Maintain records of amenities, special requests and guest preferences, and update guest profiles in Opera
• Manage VIP requests and reports, liaise with the culinary team on dietary requirements and off-menu requests
• Handle reservations through OpenTable and prepare operational reports using Avero
• Use HotSOS to dispatch service requests and support administrative and operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, health and safety and hygiene regulations, and respond calmly in emergencies

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• European passport or legal right to work in Greece
• Fluency in English is essential; Greek is an advantage
• Previous experience in in-room dining, F&B, front office or luxury hospitality is an advantage
• Food handling and sanitation certification is an asset

Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days off, based on operational needs; flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is required.
