AI Enablement & Adoption Lead

About the role

Optasia is seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to shape and execute a company‑wide AI learning and adoption strategy. Working within the People team, you will build AI capability across the organization, helping employees harness generative AI tools to improve their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own, and continuously improve Optasia’s AI enablement roadmap, learning journeys and adoption initiatives.
• Create and deliver a comprehensive AI curriculum covering fundamentals, prompting, advanced use cases, productivity workflows and responsible AI.
• Lead cohort‑based training sessions, hands‑on workshops, demos and office hours to build practical AI skills.
• Establish and nurture an AI Champions network across functions to accelerate adoption.
• Coach employees on identifying AI opportunities and building assistants, workflows and agents using tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Partner with product and operations teams to surface high‑value AI use cases and embed AI into everyday workflows.
• Manage internal AI communications, campaigns, newsletters, events and success‑story sharing.
• Develop and maintain a self‑service AI learning hub with guides, playbooks, prompts and use‑case libraries.
• Measure adoption metrics, usage and business impact, and refine the program based on insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and other stakeholders to ensure responsible and secure AI usage.

Required profile

• Strong facilitator with proven experience delivering training and coaching at scale.
• Accomplished AI practitioner who actively experiments with generative AI tools.
• Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, relevant applications for a diverse workforce.
