Wellness Director

About the role

The Wellness Director leads all aspects of the Wellness Center – spa, hydrotherapy, integrative clinic and mind‑body programs – ensuring a successful seasonal opening and smooth daily operations at Daios Cove.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the philosophy, strategy, and day‑to‑day operations of the Wellness Center, including spa, hydrotherapy, integrative clinic and mind‑body programs.
• Develop innovative wellness, longevity and preventive health programmes and create compelling packages in partnership with commercial teams.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external wellness practitioners, suppliers and organisations to enhance the retreat’s offering.
• Oversee pricing, promotions and revenue‑maximising activities while monitoring market trends and competitor actions.
• Manage the wellness division’s budget, P&L, forecasting and cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or destination wellness, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in spa, wellness and holistic programming, including P&L responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be available on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, non‑judgmental approach to guest wellbeing.
