Staff Cook – Seasonal Position at The Rooster Resort

About the role

The Rooster is a boutique wellbeing resort on the island of Antiparos, building a unique gastronomic identity for its guests. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Staff Cook to join our kitchen brigade for the 2027 season, delivering high‑quality meals using local ingredients and modern cooking techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals following established recipes while maintaining a strong eye for detail.
• Manage kitchen inventories, labeling, and coordinate the use of equipment such as the wood‑fire oven and Argentinian grill.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• Basic English proficiency for Greek applicants or good English for foreign candidates.
• Valid EU work permit is mandatory.
• Team‑player with flexibility, responsibility and a results‑oriented mindset.
