Beach Attendant – Seasonal Position

About the role

We are looking for passionate, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join The Rooster resort for the 2027 season as Beach Attendants. You will be the first and last impression for our guests on the beach, embodying the resort’s vision, ethics and hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for guests and team members.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs from arrival to departure.
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby, beach area and hotel entrance.
• Check daily lists of arrivals and departures with excellent organizational skills.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Support the team in reaching common goals and provide solutions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and staff.

Required profile

• Team player with leadership and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong cleanliness and hygiene expertise.
• Well‑groomed appearance at all times.
• Motivated to achieve organizational goals together with the team.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Relevant experience is a plus.
