Pastry Demi Chef de Partie – Seasonal 2027

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade for the 2027 season at The Rooster, a wellbeing resort on Antiparos. The successful candidate will help create comfort food from local ingredients and uphold our high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate pastry items following recipes, labelling and inventory guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in presentation and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Multitask across various kitchen stations while adhering to our ethical principles.

Required profile

• Teamwork, flexibility and clear communication.

• Organizational skills and problem‑solving within our ethical framework.
• Passion for personal and professional growth.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar position.
• Basic or good knowledge of English.
