Experience & Events Coordinator

About the role

Boundless Life is seeking a hands‑on, dynamic Experience & Events Coordinator to deliver exceptional community experiences for families living in Syros. You will ensure high NPS by facilitating meaningful connections and creating impactful experiences from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve community requests promptly via ticketing tools and manage turnover weeks.
• Plan and execute community‑building events, workshops, and give‑back programs, maintaining an events calendar for each cohort.
• Build partnerships with local vendors, negotiate referral commissions and discounts, and manage event budgets.
• Gather feedback, monitor event metrics such as capacity, revenue, and NPS, and continuously improve the experience.
• Handle accounting and administrative tasks, including daily expense reconciliation and vendor invoice processing.

Required profile

• Live in Syros or nearby to commute daily.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Relations, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or Community Building.
• At least 1 year organizing or facilitating community‑building activities or events.
• Fluent in English and Greek, with strong interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment and handling unexpected challenges.

Required skills

• Financial expertise to create and manage event budgets.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors.
• Strong organizational skills for high volumes of requests and operational tasks.
