Wellness Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Wellness Attendant to be the welcoming face of our wellness spaces at House of NYNN and Conrad Athens The Ilisian. You will ensure smooth daily operations, create memorable guest experiences, and support both members and hotel visitors in a vibrant, health‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Open and set up wellness areas, including the gym bar, saunas, and fitness facilities, ensuring they are fully operational and inviting.
• Manage bookings, email correspondence, and guest inquiries for wellness services and gym activities.
• Welcome and assist members, residents, and hotel guests, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Prepare and sell wellness drinks, specialty coffees, healthy snacks, and protein shakes.
• Offer guidance on wellness services, products, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the wellness retail space, handling sales, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the area.
• Support safe and proper use of all wellness facilities.
• Combine receptionist duties with food‑and‑beverage and wellness service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Strong interest and knowledge of wellness practices and products.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
