Waiter – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, service‑oriented Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at Amanzoe, a luxury resort on the east coast of the Peloponnese. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a stunning, UNESCO‑rich setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service that meets Amanzoe’s high standards.
• Welcome, seat, and attend to guests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at your station and surrounding areas.
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
• Communicate guest needs and dietary requirements to kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support a collaborative, positive team environment.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Positive, flexible, guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece.
