Cook – Hotel Kitchens in Santorini or Paros

About the role

Andronis is seeking a motivated Cook to join its hotel kitchens in either Santorini or Paros. The successful candidate will support daily food preparation, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and report any shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, following health regulations.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and share knowledge with team members.

Required profile

• Graduate of a culinary school.
• Previous experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Fluency in Greek; English knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Proper food handling techniques.
