Turkish Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Turkish‑speaking Travel Agent to join its Customer Care team in Athens. You will assist customers in completing travel itineraries via phone, email and social media, while promoting relevant flight add‑on products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social‑media requests from customers.
• Handle flight cancellations, rebookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Provide high‑quality service, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Promote and sell flight add‑on products as part of the conversation.
• Report technical issues, customer complaints and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Strong communication skills, can‑do attitude and quality focus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre (nice to have).
