Polish Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

Join the Customer Care team at Etraveli Group as a Polish Speaking Travel Agent. You will assist customers in building and managing their travel itineraries through phone, email and social media, while promoting flight add‑on products to enhance their experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests from customers.
• Provide high‑quality service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Develop and recommend improvements to existing procedures to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Report technical issues, customer complaints and other problems to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish (oral and written) with good English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong focus on quality and multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
