Turkish Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

Join the Customer Care team at Etraveli Group as a Turkish Speaking Travel Agent, helping customers complete their travel itineraries via phone, email and social media while promoting flight add‑on products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social‑media requests from customers.
• Provide high‑quality service, handling inquiries, complaints and flight‑related issues.
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Suggest and implement improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of the Customer Care department.
• Report technical problems, customer complaints and other issues to the team leader.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Amadeus (GDS) knowledge.
• Sabre (GDS) knowledge.
