Italian Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

Join Etraveli Group’s Customer Care team as an Italian Speaking Travel Agent. You will assist travelers in building and managing their itineraries through phone, email and social media while using our reservation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests in Italian.
• Provide high‑quality service, handling inquiries, complaints and support tickets.
• Manage flight cancellations, re‑bookings and force‑majeure situations.
• Promote and sell flight add‑on products during customer interactions.
• Develop and suggest improvements to existing procedures to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Report technical issues, customer complaints and other problems to the team leader.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian (oral and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Amadeus (GDS) knowledge.
• Sabre (GDS) knowledge.
