Turkish Speaking Travel Agent (Hybrid)

About the role

Etraveli Group, a global flight technology provider, is hiring a Turkish-speaking travel agent in its Athens customer service team (Mavilis). The agent assists clients in completing their travel itineraries by phone, email and social media, handles reservations and sells flight add-on products. The role reports to a First Line Customer Care Team Leader and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls, emails and social media requests
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and ensure quality of service
• Manage flight cancellations, rebookings and force majeure situations
• Develop and recommend improvements to methods and procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Customer department
• Report technical issues, customer complaints and other problems

Required profile

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of English
• Customer service experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
• Nice to have: experience with KPIs and GDS knowledge (Amadeus or Sabre)
