Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Greece)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a full-time remote position based in Greece, serving an international consumer brand. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, handling inquiries by phone, email and live chat while working from your home office anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer support in Dutch via phone, email and live chat.
• Help customers with account management, order status, product questions, billing and returns.
• Diagnose problems accurately and guide users to clear, first-contact solutions.
• Maintain high CSAT, quality and response-time standards.
• Log interactions, case details and outcomes in internal CRM systems.
• Escalate complex technical, payment or operational issues to senior support teams.
• Take part in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and continuous improvement training.

Required profile

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• English at B2 level or higher for systems, training and teamwork.
• Customer-first mindset, active listening, empathy and problem solving.
• Clear verbal communication and precise, grammatically sound writing.
• Self-discipline and time management for autonomous remote work.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with stable high-speed broadband.
• Previous customer support, contact center or hospitality experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Resides in Greece or can relocate and obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA).

What we offer

• 100% remote work within Greece, with full technical equipment provided.
• 40 hours per week on a rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rest days per week.
• Monthly base salary paid in 14 installments under Greek law, plus monthly performance bonuses.
