Nordic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote Greece)

About the role

A recruiter is looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialists fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish for a full-time remote position based in Greece. You will be the main contact for Nordic-speaking customers of an international consumer brand, handling inquiries on digital channels and resolving account and order requests from your home office anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer care by phone, email and live chat in your native Nordic language.
• Help customers with account management, order status, product specifications, billing and returns.
• Diagnose problems accurately and guide users to first-contact solutions.
• Maintain high CSAT, service quality and response metrics.
• Log interactions and case details in internal CRM systems.
• Escalate complex technical, payment or operational issues to senior support tiers.
• Take part in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and continuous improvement training.

Required profile

• Native or near-native fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish at C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Good working English (B2 or higher) for systems, training and teamwork.
• Customer-centric, with strong active listening, empathy and problem solving.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage time autonomously; motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Resides in Greece or can relocate and obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA).

Required skills

What we offer

• 100% remote work within Greece, with full technical equipment provided.
• 40 hours per week, full-time, with rotational shifts Monday to Sunday (2 rest days per week).
