French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Greece)

About the role

A full-time remote position in Greece for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist serving an international consumer brand. You will be the main contact for French-speaking customers in France, Belgium and Switzerland, handling inquiries by phone, email and live chat from your home office anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient support in French via phone, email and live chat
• Help customers with account management, order status, product questions, billing and returns
• Diagnose problems and guide users to clear first-contact solutions
• Maintain high CSAT, quality and response-time standards
• Log interactions and case outcomes in internal CRM systems
• Escalate complex technical, payment or operational issues to senior teams
• Take part in virtual team meetings, coaching and training

Required profile

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2), written and spoken
• English at B2 level or higher for systems, training and teamwork
• Customer-first approach, active listening, empathy and problem solving
• Self-discipline and time management for autonomous remote work
• Quiet workspace with stable high-speed broadband
• Previous customer support, contact centre or hospitality experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Resides in Greece or can obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA)

• 40 hours per week, full-time, with rotational shifts Monday to Sunday (2 rest days per week)
