Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote Greece)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a full-time remote position based in Greece, serving an international consumer brand. You will be the main contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, handling inquiries on digital channels, resolving account and order requests and delivering a high-quality support experience from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient support in Portuguese by phone, email and live chat
• Help customers with account management, order status, product questions, billing and returns
• Diagnose problems accurately and guide users to first-contact solutions
• Maintain high CSAT, quality and response-time standards
• Log interactions and case details in internal CRM systems
• Escalate complex technical, payment or operational issues to senior teams
• Take part in virtual meetings, coaching and training

Required profile

• Native or near-native Portuguese (C1/C2), written and spoken
• English at B2 level or higher for systems, training and teamwork
• Customer-first approach, active listening and problem solving
• Self-discipline and time management for autonomous remote work
• Quiet workspace with stable high-speed broadband
• Experience in customer support, contact centres or hospitality is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Resides in Greece or can obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA)

• 100% remote work in Greece with full technical equipment provided
• 40 hours per week, full-time, with rotational shifts Monday to Sunday (2 rest days per week)
