Travel Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

TrueTrips is seeking an enthusiastic Travel Specialist to join its boutique luxury travel team. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates or junior professionals who want to develop a career in travel sales, operations, and supplier management across Europe and the Mediterranean.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand travel needs and generate sales opportunities.
• Design and present customized itineraries and detailed quotations.
• Coordinate all trip components, including accommodations, tours, transfers, ferry and air tickets, and provide pre‑travel and on‑trip support.
• Assist with supplier communication, seasonal planning, rate requests, and contract preparation.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales and operations team members to ensure flawless execution of each journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (any field).
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• 0–3 years of professional experience or recent graduate status.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury travel.
