Coffee Ambassador North Greece

About the role

The Coffee Ambassador will drive premium coffee sales across Western Macedonia and Western Thessaloniki, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and meeting ambitious sell‑in and sell‑out targets aligned with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as key account manager for sub‑distributors, overseeing both sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
• Support distributors in recruiting new outlets by providing qualified leads from field sales.
• Manage the on‑trade budget for the area, allocating investments profitably in collaboration with distributors.
• Promote coffee culture and company values internally and in the market.
• Assist distributor personnel with quality control, basic technical issues (e.g., grinding adjustments), and ongoing training at outlets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop new customers in the coffee, hospitality and food‑service sectors.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills to close win‑win deals.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑trade activations, tastings and market farming.
• Good understanding of customer needs, market trends and financial metrics such as pricing and margins.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, teams and stakeholders.
