B2B Sales Representative – Thessaloniki

About the role

The client, an import company operating in the tyre industry, is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to manage and grow its customer base in Thessaloniki and the surrounding area. The role involves direct interaction with existing and prospective business partners, ensuring sales targets are met while supporting the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
• Develop new customers and business partners within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Implement the company’s commercial and pricing policy.
• Present and promote the company’s products and commercial programmes.
• Monitor the market, competition, and commercial trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Monitor customer balances and ensure compliance with the credit policy.
• Provide regular updates to management on market developments, customers, and sales performance.

Required profile

• 3 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the tyre, automotive parts, or automotive industry.
• Experience in B2B sales and customer portfolio development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills, consistency, and sense of responsibility.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.
