Student Recruitment Advisor – Telesales Executive

About the role

The Student Recruitment Advisor works as a Telesales Executive, promoting the university’s programme portfolio to prospective international students. You will manage the full student pipeline—from initial enquiry through application, visa advice and tuition payment—while providing personalised support throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individually tailored advice to prospective students, adapting communication style to each individual.
• Guide students through the complete application cycle, from first contact to enrolment and tuition payment.
• Explain visa, immigration and compliance matters for international applicants.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and applications using the university’s CRM system.
• Achieve set recruitment targets and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer‑centric attitude demonstrated in B2C sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level) with professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, empathetic and resilient.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to AI‑based technology tools.
