Total Rewards Services Consultant / Senior Consultant – Organisation & Work Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a motivated Total Rewards Services Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Organisation & Work Transformation team. In this position you will help clients design and implement reward strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and talent retention.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support Total Rewards projects.
• Analyse compensation and benefits challenges, applying benchmarking and job‑evaluation frameworks.
• Develop compensation structures, salary grading frameworks and incentive schemes.
• Support the design and implementation of role‑grading methodologies.
• Contribute to strategic insights, business cases and market positioning analyses.
