Talent Sourcer – European Markets

About the role

Are you passionate about finding top talent and building strong candidate pipelines? We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Officer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across multiple European markets. In this regional role you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders across different countries, helping to attract and engage top German‑speaking talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates across multiple European markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Provide talent market insights and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Track sourcing performance metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Promote our employer brand through targeted candidate engagement and networking activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
• Previous experience sourcing European‑based talent.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Agency recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
