Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of business, operational and support positions. The role sits at the intersection of hiring, HR operations and people initiatives, offering exposure to workforce planning and scaling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for administrative, specialist and other roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate offers and support hiring decisions in collaboration with the HR Lead.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track recruitment KPIs and generate reports.
• Support onboarding coordination and collaborate with HR Operations.
• Contribute to People projects as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
• Proven track record hiring administrative and specialist roles in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS and recruitment data management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadership.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
