Store Operations Assistant

About the role

Join efood's fast‑growing store network as a Store Operations Assistant. You will help ensure our online‑only stores run smoothly, maintain accurate inventory and support rapid store openings or relocations in the dynamic q‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist the team with store openings, relocations and layout improvements.
• Support the implementation of LBI/ABC processes.
• Provide operational backup during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Collaborate with store teams to deliver training and on‑the‑job support.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in q‑commerce, retail or food trade.
• Comfortable adapting to fast‑changing conditions.
• Proactive team player who leads by example.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in organization, consistency and technology use.
