Fine Art Move Coordinator

About the role

Orphee Beinoglou is seeking a Move Coordinator to join its Fine Art team in Elefsina. You will act as the primary liaison for private and corporate clients, galleries and museums, overseeing every stage of the moving process to ensure a seamless, stress‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from booking through delivery.
• Coordinate door‑to‑door local and international moves.
• Arrange and monitor packing, customs documentation, shipping, and final delivery.
• Liaise daily with agents, crews, warehouse teams, and transport planners.
• Prepare service orders, invoices and maintain accurate records in the move management system.
• Track shipments and proactively update clients and partners on progress.
• Handle insurance applications, claims and collect post‑move feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives based on client and operational feedback.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Customer‑focused mindset with cultural awareness.
• Team player with a positive, solutions‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Humanities, International Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in international moving, relocation or logistics operations (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Move Management Systems.
