Exhibition Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Exhibition Logistics Coordinator to join our Exhibition & Events Logistics team at our Elefsina headquarters. The role will manage the full logistics cycle of exhibitions and events, acting as the main communication hub between customers, exhibitors, venues, carriers and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor exhibition and event shipments from initial booking through delivery, collection and return.
• Arrange road, air and sea freight in line with project deadlines and specifications.
• Handle customs clearance, temporary import/export procedures and related documentation.
• Prepare quotations, cost calculations and maintain accurate project, cost and invoicing records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, exhibitors, organizers, venues, carriers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth on‑site operations.
• Proactively resolve operational issues, last‑minute changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Relations or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, international transport, logistics or exhibition/event logistics.
• Fluent in Greek and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time‑management abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
