Customer Service & Front Office Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service/Front Office professional to be the first point of contact for clients in Elefsina. You will turn enquiries into booked moves, supporting private individuals, corporate clients, and international agents throughout the relocation process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries.
• Gather move details, schedule home surveys, and coordinate with the operations team.
• Present services and quotes persuasively, guiding clients to the best solution.
• Adapt communication style for families, corporate HR managers, and overseas agents.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow‑ups, and client interactions in company systems.
• Ensure a smooth handover from enquiry to active file by coordinating with internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Commercially minded with a focus on converting enquiries into lasting relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive team player with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (a plus).
