Logistics & Routing Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Routing Coordinator will support the Logistics Manager in ensuring smooth daily distribution operations. This position combines order handling, route planning, driver coordination, and real‑time problem solving to guarantee timely product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and enter customer orders from multiple sales channels.
• Plan and optimise daily distribution routes and monitor their execution.
• Prepare all required documentation before and after each delivery.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Resolve transportation issues promptly, coordinating solutions with a focus on customer service.
• Track routing performance, generate reports and analyse operational KPIs.
• Keep accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and internal teams to improve distribution efficiency.

Required profile

• University, Technical University or College degree.
• Solid professional experience in logistics, distribution or transport, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Hands‑on experience in route planning and distribution coordination.
• Strong decision‑making, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with routing optimisation software.
