Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

DIAKINISIS S.A., Greece's leading 3PL logistics provider, is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a team of 30 employees in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment. Reporting to the Head of E‑Commerce, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end warehouse and cross‑docking operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound sorting, storage and outbound dispatch, including cross‑docking activities.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Plan dock utilization, loading/unloading schedules and dispatch operations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as throughput, SLA performance, turnaround times and accuracy.
• Lead multi‑shift warehouse teams, fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards.
• Drive automation projects and leverage Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning operational KPIs and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify inefficiencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
