Back Office Manager

About the role

The client, a global leader in intralogistics and material handling, is looking for a Back Office Manager to lead its back‑office team, ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Back Office team to ensure high performance, employee engagement and continuous professional growth.
• Drive Field Service productivity by guaranteeing efficient back‑office operations, accurate administration and superior customer experience.
• Oversee dispatching, planning support, work order administration, quotations, invoicing accuracy, contract administration and spare‑parts administration.
• Continuously seek ways to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity, supporting a lean, future‑ready service organization.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardisation, KPI management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Back Office or a related field, with prior team‑leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
