Staffing Manager EMEA – Analyst/Senior Analyst

About the role

The Staffing Manager ensures Advisors & Client Services has the right people on the right engagements at the right time across the EMEA region. This role covers the full staffing lifecycle, from demand consolidation to capacity optimization and bench visibility, driving operational excellence through disciplined processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, prioritize, and allocate resources across tracks and markets, ensuring balanced team structures and alignment with engagement requirements.
• Own the triage and escalation process when competing demand arises across practice areas or markets, facilitating structured decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience managing the end‑to‑end staffing lifecycle, including demand management and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to work closely with Cluster Leads, PEMs, PMs, People Managers, and staffing colleagues across EMEA and global regions.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and a commitment to keeping people at the center of decisions.
