Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote Greece)

About the role

A full-time remote position for Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists based in Greece, delivering premium customer service for an international consumer brand. You will be the main contact for Spanish-speaking customers, handling inquiries across digital channels, resolving account and order requests and ensuring a high-quality support experience from your home office anywhere in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer support in Spanish by phone, email and live chat.
• Help customers with account management, order status, product questions, billing and returns.
• Diagnose customer problems accurately and guide them to clear, first-contact solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality and response times.
• Log all interactions, case details and outcomes in internal CRM systems.
• Escalate complex technical, payment or operational issues to senior support teams.
• Take part in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and continuous improvement training.

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Good English (B2 or higher) for systems, training and teamwork.
• Customer-first approach, active listening, empathy and problem solving.
• Self-discipline and time management for autonomous remote work.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable high-speed broadband connection.
• Previous customer support, contact center or hospitality experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Resides in Greece or can relocate and obtain local work authorization (AFM/AMKA).

What we offer

• 100% remote work within Greece, with full technical equipment provided.
• 40 hours per week, full-time, with rotational shifts Monday to Sunday (2 rest days per week).
