Solution Architect – Enterprise Digital Platforms

About the role

Quento Technologies S.A., the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, is looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect to own the end‑to‑end architecture of its energy platforms and delivery streams. You will ensure architectural integrity across web, mobile, cloud, data, security and integration layers while collaborating with product, engineering and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern solution architecture across business, application, integration, data, security, infrastructure and operational domains.
• Maintain and evolve high‑level and low‑level designs, architecture diagrams, decision records and non‑functional requirements.
• Review and approve designs for authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, monitoring and operational readiness.
• Provide guidance to technical leads, DevSecOps, QA, business analysts and vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify architectural risks, technical constraints and platform improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Solution Architect on large‑scale enterprise digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud‑native, microservices, event‑driven and API‑first architectures.
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams, vendors and technology domains in complex delivery environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure services: AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights, Entra ID.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, asynchronous integration patterns.
• SQL, NoSQL, Redis and messaging technologies.
• Identity and access management: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API security, encryption, certificate management.
• Observability tools: monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting.
