Data Analyst – Data Warehouse Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a data transformation project focused on the redesign and modernization of a Data Warehouse environment. The role involves working across data analysis, data modelling, business requirements, data validation and reporting solutions, collaborating closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing data structures, reports and business requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the redesign and migration of the Data Warehouse and related data structures.
• Work with Oracle databases, understand existing data models, relationships and data flows.
• Design, maintain and rationalize semantic layers and consolidate semantic models.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation between legacy and new solutions.
• Analyze data quality, performance and usability, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define appropriate data and reporting solutions.
• Support Data Governance activities, including data lineage, metadata, naming conventions and documentation.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, validate findings and follow up on issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
• Good communication and documentation skills in both Greek and English.
