About the role

We are seeking a Slovak‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international hospitality client in Greece. The position is designed for candidates entering the job market, offering full paid training and the chance to gain valuable international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist guests with reservations, booking changes, and general inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and customer‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent Slovak (C1 level) and English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work onsite for the first three months.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required.
