Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Hospitality (Athens, Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a Slovak‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international hospitality client. The position starts with three months onsite in Athens, after which you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece. No prior experience is required, as you will receive fully paid, structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email and chat.
• Assist guests with reservations, booking changes and general inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, professional and customer‑focused solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions correctly in internal systems.
• Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent Slovak (C1 level) and English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and flexibility to work shifts if needed.
• Motivation to start a career in customer service.
