Czech‑Speaking Customer Support Rep – Hospitality (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a Czech‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international hospitality client. The position starts with three months on‑site in Athens and then becomes fully remote from anywhere in Greece, offering a stable entry‑level opportunity with full training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email and chat.
• Assist guests with reservations, booking changes and general inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, professional and customer‑focused solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions correctly in internal systems.
• Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent Czech (C1) and English at B2 level.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible shifts.
• No prior customer‑service experience required – paid training will be provided.
