Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to own and continuously improve the core People Operations processes that shape the employee experience at Dialectica. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will lead payroll and compensation management across Greece and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires are set up with payroll, benefits, and equipment.
• Evaluate and redesign operational frameworks to remove friction and create scalable, user‑centric experiences.
• Maintain and enhance the HRIS (Hibob) by automating manual tasks and simplifying processes.
• Own the monthly payroll cycle in partnership with external providers, guaranteeing accurate and timely payments.
• Manage relationships with payroll, insurance, and other People Operations vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Process salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments each cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to provide payroll data, forecasts, and support financial reporting.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and manage the full contractual lifecycle with Labour authorities.
• Prepare payroll and benefits cost projections for budgeting and report on People Operations KPIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in People Operations or HR administration.
• Proven track record of building and scaling HR processes in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
